International remittance and payment

HML Trading Group operates within the global interbank electronic payment system (SWIFT) to provide customers with more than 30 currencies and over 1000 bank institutions. As a customer, you will experience most efficient and secure international money remittance solutions, irrespective of the amount you transfer and where you transfer worldwide.

Exchange process

• 1．Register in person at a HML Trading Group branch. Complete the customer registration form with identity documents (either passport or driver's license)。
• 2．Acquire bank account from us. Our staff will issue you a bank account for you to use that day.
• 3．Transfer your funds into the bank account supplied and provide a copy of the transaction receipt. Telegraphic transfers only (from your account to our account) - Cash deposits are not accepted.
• 4．The customer needs to verify the account number and beneficiary bank account information which is printed on the transaction slip.
• 5．Depending on the currency and the region, the beneficiary will receive payment within 2-4 working days.
• 6．For small amount of cash remittance, you can receive cash at branch if you want but you will need notification in advance.

Additional notices:

• A. Bank cheques and personal cheques are NOT allowed. A deposited cheque will incur a clearance period up to 60 days.
• B. Cash deposits into our bank accounts are NOT allowed. If a cash deposit is found, a cash handling fee of 5% will be imposed and CASH rate.
• C. In the instance where customer transfers funds into our account but chooses not to exchange and requires the funds to be returned, a 3% cash handling fee will be deducted.
